Problems on the study and the critical edition of the Viris Illustribus of Genadius of Marseilles

Abstract

This article aims to present different research possibilities regarding Gennadius’ De viris illustribus. First, it is necessary to review critical editions of the text. Also, it is important to consider formal and content characteristics, especially, in its relantionship with other text attributed to Gennadius, el De dogmatibus ecclesiasticis.
