The power of popular bodies in Diana Szeinblum's audiovisual piece Crushing Instrument

This article formes part of an investigation that addresses actoral proceedments and the particular aesthetic present along the bodies of protagonists of popular mobilizations that involve popular actor and producer/productor actor categories. Here we shall analyze the audiovisual piece Instrumento para estrellar by choreographer Diana Szeinblum. Our purpose is to observe how can manage an artistic project that is focused in popular mobilization trying to problematize the artistic productions and their posibilities intending to reflect the power of those popular bodies as well as the possibility -or not- to give voice to people, aiming to find the specific quality that conform the innovative power of mobilizated people that become producer actors of popular culture.
