Abstract

In this paper we present the results of an archaeological survey and site mapping carried out in Guasapampa and Serrezuela hills (Córdoba, Argentina). In this micro-region two materiality types constitute the most representative archaeological evidences: grinding gears in fixed rock support and rock art. We discuss pre-hispanic occupation process considering the obtained results. In this sense, similarities and differences with contiguous micro-regions are evaluated.
