The document selected to launch this new section of the INIBI Archives is the speech delivered by Juan Domingo Perón at the closing of the Librarians' Congress, organized by the Association of Librarians of the Federal Capital (antecedent to the current ABGRA) and published by said association in 1954. Although we had already included it in the previous issue, we were fortunate enough to acquire a copy in which the photographs, with which this document was originally published, are in excellent condition. Therefore, we decided to republish it with the photos, and additionally with the accompanying history.
